Yesterday, September 5th, at approximately 6:18 PM, a fire broke out at approximately 20 square meters of a food retail outlet located at 95 Termiziy Street, "Kichik Jonchekka" neighborhood, Uzun district, Surkhandarya region. This was reported by the press service of the regional Department of Emergency Situations.
Arriving at the scene at 18:28, the fire was contained by 2 fire and rescue teams, and thanks to their prompt actions, the fire was completely extinguished by 18:50 p.m.
There is currently no information about any injuries as a result of the incident. Thanks to the active actions and prompt response of rescuers, it was reported that life-threatening situations were prevented.
Currently, the causes of the fire, as well as the material and financial damage caused, are being determined.
