Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan have signed an agreement to conduct regular joint military exercises. This was reported by Uz.kursiv.media.
According to the deal, the drills will be held alternately on the territory of both countries, involving ground forces, aviation, and special equipment.
The agreement also outlines procedures for border crossing of military convoys, use of training grounds, and medical as well as technical support.
The pact is set for five years and will automatically renew unless either side decides to withdraw. Officials say such collaboration will strengthen security in the region and foster deeper trust between the two armies.
