In the Fergana region, a person who sold vehicles purchased on the basis of a car loan in the name of several citizens was identified. This was reported by the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office.
During the pre-investigation check conducted by the Kokand city department, it was established that citizen A.S. deceived 6 citizens and issued car loans in their names.
He said that he would make payments for the car loan himself, and through this, he bought 8 cars with a bank loan of 1.2 billion soums and later sold them to other persons.
A criminal case has been initiated against the accused on the basis of the Criminal Code in connection with the misappropriation of vehicles using a car loan.
An investigation is currently underway. It was revealed that the temporary accused, using the trust of citizens for personal gain, embezzled a large sum of credit funds.
