An operational event was held at the Tashkent International Airport, where a person attempting to collect illegal goods was detained. This was reported by the Anti-Smuggling Department of "Tashkent-Aero" IBK.

According to reports, an Uzbek citizen attempted to collect and transport valuables belonging to passengers arriving on the Dubai-Tashkent route within the airport grounds.

27 grams of jewelry, 6 iPhone 16 Pro Max phones, 4 vacuum cleaners, and 347 flash memory devices with a total value of approximately 250 million soums were found in his possession.

Currently, customs authorities are conducting an investigation into this situation. Based on the results of the investigation, a legal assessment of the person's actions will be given.
