During the monitoring conducted by the Competition Committee, it was revealed that NIKA FARM LLC violated advertising legislation. This was reported by the press service of the committee.

According to the information, the company distributed an advertisement on social networks with the message "Forsil - the pain will go completely without a trace." However, this situation contradicts Article 34 of the Law "On Advertising." Because when advertising over-the-counter medications, their effect cannot be presented as guaranteed.

For this reason, a special commission initiated a case against "NIKA FARM" and imposed a financial fine on the company. Instructions were also given not to repeat such violations in the future.
