A gas station selling low-quality petroleum products has been identified in the Fergana region, the regional department of Uzenergoinspektsiya reported. During the inspections, "F.N.B." Laboratory analysis of an AI-80 gasoline sample obtained from a gas station belonging to the LLC revealed that it did not meet the requirements of the state standard.
Based on the identified violations, a fine of 17.6 million soums was imposed in accordance with Article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 940 "On Petroleum Products." This amount is calculated as 50% of the value of the sold fuel.
The company was also instructed to remove low-quality petroleum products from sale and restore their quality. Under the control of Uzenergoinspektsiya, the amount of remaining fuel at the station is also being checked.
