It was revealed that the confectionery workshop illegally used gas worth a billion soums

In the Jarkurgan district of Surkhandarya region, an individual entrepreneur M.D. illegally used natural gas without installing a meter in a confectionery production workshop, Uzenergoinspektsiya reported.

The inspection was carried out in cooperation with the territorial administration of Uzenergoinspektsiya, the Department of Internal Affairs, and the gas supply company.

According to preliminary estimates, as a result of this violation, the gas supply company suffered material damage in the amount of 1 billion 17 million soums. Currently, law enforcement agencies are conducting a pre-investigation check.
