Uzbekistanis spent 35.4 trillion soums on individual housing construction in January–August 2025, Uz24.uz reported. This figure is 13.3 percent higher compared to the same period in 2024.

According to the data, individual housing construction accounted for 18.8 percent of all construction work carried out in the country.

Officials noted that in recent years, public interest in private home construction has increased, and the volume of investments in this sector is growing every year.
