By court decision, three children were returned to their mother

A woman living in Tashkent regained custody of her children from her ex-husband through the court, reports the press service of the Tashkent City Compulsory Enforcement Bureau.

According to reports, an enforcement document issued by the Civil Cases Panel of the Tashkent City Court on July 7, 2023, was received by the Yashnobod District Enforcement Bureau. The document stipulated that custody of three boys aged 10 and 11 be transferred to their mother.

On October 18, employees of the enforcement bureau implemented the court decision in accordance with the prescribed procedure and transferred the children from their father to their mother. Since the decision has been fully carried out, the enforcement proceedings will soon be closed.
