A 37-year-old woman who insulted and threatened her mother in the Parkent district of Tashkent region has been given an administrative penalty.
It is reported that the incident occurred on May 6 of this year and was immediately taken under control and investigated by local internal affairs bodies. It was determined that the woman used insulting language toward her mother and threatened to kill her.
It was found that the individual is registered at a psychiatric dispensary and has previously received treatment. Some unusual aspects of her behavior were noted to be related to her health condition.
Furthermore, the woman had previously violated the requirements of a protection order issued for her mother. Consequently, documents were processed against her under several articles of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, including failure to comply with a protection order, petty hooliganism, and insult.
According to the court decision, the 37-year-old woman was sentenced to 5 days of administrative detention. Authorities remind that in such cases, family disputes should be resolved through legal means without violence.
