As a result, an administrative fine of 40 million soums was imposed on the company. At the same time, a demand was made to immediately stop all illegal activities related to the "PUMA" trademark.

The Ministry of Justice stated that investigations into intellectual property violations are ongoing. The goal is to develop a branding culture in the country and protect the interests of real intellectual property owners.
