The house of a citizen who had not paid his bank debt is up for sale

In the Tashkent region, a debtor has found himself on the verge of losing his home. According to reports, because he did not repay the bank loan on time, enforcement measures were applied to his mortgaged real estate.

According to the enforcement document of the Zangiota inter-district civil court, the debtor — a private entrepreneur — was required to pay more than 307 million soums in favor of “Ipak yo‘li Bank”. However, since the debt was not repaid on time, the debtor’s house located in the Tashkent district of the Tashkent region was registered as mortgaged property.

On the same day the enforcement case was initiated, the debtor was given the opportunity to voluntarily repay the debt, but he did not fulfill the requirement. For this reason, the property was seized and prepared for sale in the manner specified in the document.

At present, this house is in the process of being put up for an online auction with a starting price of 375 million soums. Specialists remind that in such situations related to debt, property owners must strictly comply with the requirements of the law.
