An important court decision was issued regarding the Pakhtaabad district medical association — almost 796 million soums of compensation were paid to the relative of the medical worker who died during the labor process. This was reported by Aniq.uz.
According to the information, the medical worker fell and received a severe injury while performing her work duties, and despite treatment, she died. The daughter of the deceased, basing her claim on the fact that her mother died while performing her labor duties, appealed to the court, and the case reached the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court, having impartially reviewed the case, upheld the obligation of the Pakhtaabad district medical association to pay compensation in favor of the daughter of the deceased — Sh.Ya. Measures were taken by the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement to execute the decision, as the organization did not pay the amount voluntarily.
As a result of compulsory enforcement, 795 million 643 thousand soums were fully collected. This situation once again confirms that the life and safety of employees during the labor process are under special protection of the state.
