Father in Tashkent gifted his son a house in exchange for alimony

In the Chilanzar district of Tashkent, the alimony debt reached a large amount, and the situation was resolved in an unusual way — the father gifted a 2-room apartment to his child instead of the alimony that had to be paid until 2036. This was reported by the MIB.

According to the information, the debtor man had previously been paying alimony on time, but from December 2023 to October 2025 he stopped making payments, as a result of which tens of millions of debt accumulated. During the inspection, two of his vehicles were seized, and his departure from the country was temporarily restricted.

According to the calculations, the father's alimony debt reached 40 million soums. During the enforcement actions, he officially gifted a 2-room apartment for the benefit of his child and fully fulfilled the obligation.

Thus, the enforcement document was effectively closed.
