"During the preventive measures "Safe and Healthy Country" held in the Tashkent region, traffic police inspectors discovered another violation. In the Urtachirchik district, a driver who was driving a vehicle while intoxicated was stopped and inspected on the spot.
According to the alkotester indicators, the amount of ethanol in the driver's breath was 0.387 mg/l. This is almost three times higher than the permissible norm - 0.135 mg/l. This result confirms that the driver was driving under the influence of alcohol.
Currently, documents have been drawn up regarding the incident, and the case has been sent to court. The driver is expected to be sentenced to deprivation of a driver's license for a period of 3 years.
Law enforcement agencies once again remind drivers to strictly follow traffic rules and not put their own and others' lives at risk.
