A surprising situation in Jizzakh: a woman lived with her husband and demanded alimony from him
A case that surprised many was identified in the Jizzakh region. In the Forish district, a woman was living in the same house with her spouse who had outstanding alimony debts, while at the same time continuing to demand alimony payments from him.
According to the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau, a search was declared for H.D., who deliberately evaded paying alimony for the maintenance of his children and failed to appear before the state enforcement officer. During operational search activities, it was established that he had been living together with the alimony claimant — that is, his spouse — in the “Olmazor City” area of Jizzakh city.
The wanted person was found and handed over to the state enforcement officer of the Forish district to carry out further enforcement actions. It was revealed that H.D.’s alimony debt exceeded 10 million soums.
When asked why she had concealed this situation while living together with the debtor, the woman stated that she did not want her husband to be arrested and wished the alimony funds to be recovered without applying detention measures.
At present, enforcement actions against the debtor are continuing in accordance with the procedure established by law.
