An attempt at human trafficking was stopped at the Tashkent airport

Employees of the State Security Service and the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted an operational event to combat human trafficking. As a result, the serious crime was stopped.

It turned out that a resident of the capital, S.N., born in 1998, was detained at the Tashkent International Airport while sending two citizens to Thailand for the purpose of prostitution.

During the investigation, it was established that this criminal act was organized by F.A., born in 2005, who is currently in Thailand. He is suspected of coordinating actions related to human trafficking from abroad.

Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against these individuals under Article 135, Part 2 (clauses "b," "g," "e," "z") of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The investigation is ongoing.
