In Jizzakh, the bride retrieved her dowry through the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau

In Jizzakh region, a case related to the return of bridal property after divorce was resolved positively. An enforcement document issued by the civil court was submitted to the Mirzachul district department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau (CEB), according to which 36 types of personal property — bridal items — were to be returned in favor of citizen M.M.
Based on the enforcement document, a state enforcement officer began proceedings and held explanations and negotiations with the debtor. Subsequently, the required enforcement actions were carried out in accordance with the established procedure.
In the presence of witnesses, all 36 types of property listed in the document were inventoried and fully handed over to the claimant — the bride.
As a result of the prompt and lawful actions of the CEB employees, the citizen successfully recovered her lawful property in full.
