Woman caught trying to sell 4 women to Russia in Navoi

In the Navoi region, a 32-year-old woman was detained for attempting to "sell" four women to Russia for prostitution, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported. According to reports, he deceived his compatriots with the excuse that "there is work abroad" and gained their trust by promising to cover the travel expenses himself.
It is noted that the suspect lives in the Pakhtachi district of the Samarkand region and tried to take women born in 1978, 1989, and 1994 to Russia, who were in a difficult financial and social situation. However, it is said that he colluded with a person named "Anya" and intended to "sell" women for indecent purposes and receive the promised 400 rubles for each.
As a result of the employees' operational measures, the women who became victims of deception were stopped at the Tashkent International Airport, and the suspect was detained with evidence. A criminal case has been initiated under part 2 of Article 135 of the Criminal Code (human trafficking), and an investigation is currently underway.
