Within the framework of ensuring the execution of a court document, enforcement actions aimed at placing a mother and her minor child into a dwelling were carried out by the Buston district department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau.
In particular, on the basis of the writ of execution issued on 15 September 2025 by the Buston inter-district civil court, citizen J.B., together with her minor child H.M., born on 12 September 2020, was subject to compulsory entry into a residential house located in Buston district, Yangiobod mahalla, Yangiobod street, which is owned by J.J. and used by other defendants.
During the enforcement process, all necessary measures предусмотренные by legislation were taken by the state enforcement officer, and first of all, the rights and lawful interests of the child were ensured as a priority. The enforcement actions were carried out with the participation of mahalla activists as well as representatives of relevant organizations.
As a result, the mother and her minor child were placed into the specified dwelling, and the execution of the court decision was fully ensured.
