The next important appointment was made based on the order signed by the director of the Uzarkhiv Agency under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In accordance with it, Uralova Dilfuza Jumanovna was officially appointed to the position of Head of the Territorial Department of Archival Affairs of the Syrdarya Region.
This appointment is expected to give a new impetus to the work of further systematic organization of the archival sector in the Syrdarya region, strengthening the culture of documentation and preserving historical heritage. Because the archive is not just a shelf with papers, it is the memory of the region, the "traces" of state affairs and an important support for the future.
For your information, Dilfuza Uralova is a teacher by profession. However, over time, she has also gained extensive experience in public administration. In particular, in 2017-2020, she worked as the deputy governor of the Syrdarya region and the chairman of the women's committee.
After that, from February 18, 2020 to December 29, 2025, she worked as the khokim of the Boyovut district. That is, she is recognized as a person who is well versed in the practice of leadership, organization and territorial management.
Now, in her new position, Uralova is expected to establish work in the archive system based on modern requirements, pay attention to expanding the possibilities of digitizing, storing and using documents. In short, a “new page” is being opened in the Syrdarya archive - now only time will tell what the result will be.
