A young man who brutally cut off the ears of puppies was arrested in Surkhandarya

A video showing the removal of the ears of puppies in the Surkhandarya region has spread widely on social networks. The press service of the regional Department of Ecology gave an official response to the situation.

It was reported that the Main Department of Ecology and Climate Change and the Department of Internal Affairs conducted an investigation. During the investigation, it was reported that a resident of the "Mehnatobod" mahalla of the Sherabad district, O.Y., treated three puppies cruelly.

Based on Article 111, Part 2 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, a report was drawn up, and the case materials were sent to the court. According to the court decision, citizen O.Y. was sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest.
