New conditions created for living book seller

The Youth Affairs Agency will provide practical assistance to Khayrulla Asadov, who sells books in Tashkent. Previously, this individual, who sold books on the street, was fined 2 million soums for failing to issue a 20,000 soum receipt, and his goods were confiscated. After this situation sparked widespread discussion on social media, officials decided to find a positive solution to the matter.
Now, a modern book kiosk will be allocated to Khayrulla Asadov. Additionally, a collection of over 2,000 books will be provided to help him continue his activities legally and conveniently. This initiative is being implemented as part of the state policy to promote reading and establish book streets in our country. Such support measures will serve not only to restore the bookseller's activities but also to further increase the interest of young people in reading.
