The Beshariq District Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement has a writ of execution related to the recovery of 6 billion soums from "BR" LLC in favor of the State Tax Inspectorate.
During the enforcement proceedings, a Nexia-3 car (state number 40129*), which was on the balance sheet of the debtor, was put on the wanted list. This vehicle was considered important property in the process of debt collection.
As a result of operational measures, it was revealed that the owner of this car used a trick. It was established that the license plate of the car was illegally changed to *40 732, and the vehicle was moving on the roads with this number.
During the inspection conducted by the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, the car was stopped and placed in the impound lot in the prescribed manner.
Currently, appropriate measures are being taken in accordance with the legislation. The execution processes are ongoing.
