When a MAN truck driven by a citizen born in 2001 and residing in the Termez district of Surkhandarya region entered the "Termez-avtomobil yo'li" international checkpoint from Afghanistan, border troops of the State Security Service and customs officers conducted an inspection in the prescribed manner.
During the inspection, potato products were discovered in the truck, and during their thorough inspection, it was discovered that a total of 72 kg 300 grams of hashish substance consisting of 222 pieces prepared in the form of potatoes was hidden. The documents were formalized in procedural order.
According to preliminary information, this large quantity of drugs was being transported to the Russian Federation. Currently, an investigation is underway.
