Enforcement actions were carried out by the Gulistan district department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement based on an enforcement document regarding the recovery of 49.3 million som in electricity debt from the debtor "S.S.H." farmer's enterprise in favor of the "Hududiy elektr tarmoqlari" (Regional Electricity Networks) enterprise, in accordance with the decision of the Gulistan Inter-district Economic Court dated July 25, 2025.
The debtor was given a deadline to voluntarily fulfill the requirements of the enforcement document, and the consequences of non-compliance were explained.
However, as the debt was not settled within the specified period, a "Volkswagen" passenger car belonging to the debtor enterprise was seized and placed in an impound lot.
Measures are currently being taken to appraise the said vehicle and put it up for auction.
