As it is widely known, refusing to provide financial support for children is considered a violation of children's rights. Every individual chooses their own course of action in various situations; however, the chosen path should not deprive a child of their smile and joy.
Unfortunately, we frequently hear about citizens who evade providing financial support for their children and fail to pay alimony on time.
During search and advocacy operations conducted by the Search Department of the Navoi Regional Office of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement (BCE) and its territorial divisions, it was identified that several alimony debtors were residing in foreign countries.
Following explanatory and preventive measures, significant debts were recovered. In the Khatirchi district, the mother of debtor Q.N., who is currently in Russia, paid 51,134,000 soum. Similarly, in the Navbahor district, the relatives of debtor R.R., who is also in Russia, fully settled an alimony debt amounting to 81,531,000 soum.
