It is reported that on April 26, a 3-year-old boy fell into the water and was carried away by the current in the Katta Namangan Canal, which passes through the "Mingterak" neighborhood in the Yangi Namangan district.

At that exact moment, Ulugʻbek Asqarov, an employee of the Davlatobod District Department of Emergency Situations, was returning from duty. He accidentally noticed the child in a dangerous situation and took immediate action.

The rescuer jumped into the water without hesitation, pulled out the drowning child, and saved his life. It is noted that the boy was provided with immediate assistance, and his condition is currently good.

This rescue process was also captured by a surveillance camera installed at a local resident's home.

This incident once again proved the readiness and dedication of rescuers in any situation.
