Schmeichel praised the performances of Højlunn and McTominay at Napoli

Former Manchester United goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel has criticized the club's transfer policy. He believes the management should have kept players like Rasmus Højlunn and Scott McTominay in the squad.

Schmeichel believed there was no need to bring in Sheshko as long as the club was in Højlunn.

He pointed out that Hyoylunn had not received sufficient support for two years. He noted that he is currently performing well with McTominay at Napoli.

Peter Schmeichel played for Manchester United from 1991 to 1999. He also played for Manchester City.
