In the 3rd round of the Elite stage of the Asian Champions League, Nasaf lost 1:4 away to Shabab Al Ahli. Following the match, Dragons head coach Ro'ziqul Berdiyev commented on the team's performance and result at a press conference, according to the club's press service.

According to the coach, "Nasaf" did not fully implement the planned tactical direction: "Unfortunately, we did not achieve the intended goal in either defense or attack. In some episodes, discipline was lost, which created an opportunity for the opponent. The mistakes in the first half determined the next result."
At the same time, Berdiyev emphasized that he hadn't lost the team's spirit and added that he would work on mistakes in subsequent rounds. "Such defeats should be a lesson. We will say our word in the upcoming matches," he said.
