The III Asian Youth Games, held in Bahrain, are in full swing. Representatives of the Uzbekistan delegation continue to actively participate in competitions in various sports.

On October 24, cycling competitions officially began. Young cyclists from Uzbekistan tested their skills in the mixed team time trial program. They covered the 40-kilometer distance in 47 minutes 31 seconds and 18 halves. This result secured them a worthy fourth place based on the results of the competition.

The national team, consisting of boys and girls, showed enthusiasm near the finish line. As a result of each athlete acting with team spirit and love, a high indicator was recorded in the overall score. Considering that strong competitors - teams from China, Japan, and Korea - participated in the competition, this result became a great experience for young athletes.

On this day, volleyball competitions also took place. The Uzbekistan youth national team faced Mongolia in the qualifying round. Thanks to determination and teamwork, the guys secured a convincing 3-1 victory.

This result allowed them to reach the quarterfinals of the competition. In the next stage, the Uzbekistan national team will play against one of the strongest opponents - the Indonesian national team.

During the competition, confidence and high spirits were felt in the movements of the young volleyball players. They believed in themselves and fought until the end for every point. The coaches also praised the team's level of play, noting that this victory was an important lesson for subsequent stages.

The Uzbekistan delegation is participating in the youth games in Bahrain with new achievements every day. These results testify to the growing potential of our young athletes and their experience in major competitions.
