It has been reported that there are no disagreements between the head coach of the Uzbekistan national team, Fabio Cannavaro, and his assistant, Temur Kapadze. Temur Kapadze spoke about this on the "Gol" program broadcast on "Sport TV."
Kapadze emphasized that the work process with the Italian specialist is very productive and based on mutual respect.
"Our relationship with Fabio is pure and sincere. There was no conflict or misunderstanding with him. In fact, his arrival at the national team as head coach was a natural process for me - this is one of the specific laws of football. Cannavaro has extensive experience, representing the most prestigious clubs during his playing career, and has achieved great results. Working in a team with such a specialist is a great school for me," he said.
Temur Kapadze also noted that there is an atmosphere of agreement and mutual trust with Cannavaro:
"We were both footballers, so we understand each other quickly. He listens to my opinion, and I respect his decisions. The work process in the national team is based on teamwork and understanding. This is one of the most important aspects for the team."
For information, Temur Kapadze is currently working on the coaching staff of the national team led by Cannavaro. After the Italian specialist took office, Kapadze remained with the team as one of his close advisors.
Officials believe that the trusting relationship between Kapadze and Cannavaro is a crucial factor for the national team, not only stabilizing the team's internal environment but also positively impacting the process of working with young players.
