Fiorentina head coach Stefano Pioli is on the verge of being dismissed from his position. After losing 0:1 at home to “Lecce” on Sunday, the team finished the first ten rounds of Italy’s Serie A in second-to-last place with only four points.
So far, “Fiorentina” has not managed to win a single match. According to renowned insider Fabrizio Romano, Pioli is expected to be dismissed soon.
The club’s management is planning to make an official announcement regarding this matter. Among the candidates mentioned for the head coach position at “Fiorentina” are well-known specialists such as Thiago Motta and Daniele De Rossi.
Stefano Pioli had been appointed as head coach of the team ahead of the current season, in July.
