The future of Bayern's central defender Dayo Upamecano remains uncertain. The player's current contract expires at the end of this season, but no agreement has yet been reached on the terms of a new deal.
After Tuesday's Champions League match against PSG, journalists asked Bayern's head of sports department Max Eberl to comment on the situation.
In response to the question, "Is Upamecano's agent's phone constantly ringing, right?" Eberl replied: "That's normal, it should be that way.
I've said many times, we want to continue our work and extend the contract with Upamecano. We have a clear intention and are continuing to work."
In the 4th round of the Champions League, Vincent Kompany's team won 2-1 in Paris.
