
Russian footballer and AS Monaco midfielder Aleksandr Golovin responded to a question about how long he plans to continue playing football. "I think it all depends on the desire.
If there is a desire, I will play. I hope my health allows me to play football for a long time," Golovin said in an interview with "Sovetskiy Sport."
The midfielder also cited examples of some football players who extended their careers for many years, such as Sergey Ignashevich and Luka Modric.
Currently, Golovin is 29 years old. His contract with AS Monaco is valid until the end of the 2028/29 season.
Earlier, the midfielder had expressed his intention to conclude his professional career in the Russian championship.
