FIFA Announces National Team Rankings


The updated FIFA national team rankings were published on the official FIFA website on Wednesday. This update follows the international break in November.

The top four positions in the FIFA rankings remain unchanged. Spain's national team is ranked first, followed by Argentina in second, France in third, and England in fourth.

The first change occurred at the fifth position, where Brazil's national team climbed higher, overtaking Portugal (now in sixth place) and the Netherlands (seventh place). The top ten rankings also include Belgium, Germany, and Croatia.

Both Germany and Croatia each managed to move up one spot. The next FIFA ranking update is expected on December 23.
