Vardi Scores First Double in Six Months

Jamie Vardy has recorded his first brace in more than six months. The 38-year-old Cremonese striker scored twice in a Serie A match against Bologna, contributing to his team's 3–1 victory.

The English footballer opened the scoring in the 35th minute of the first half and netted another goal early in the second half in the 50th minute. The last time Vardy achieved a similar feat was on April 29, 2024.

On that occasion, he recorded a brace for Leicester in a Championship match against Preston, securing a 3–0 victory for the Foxes.
