Robert Lewandowski Nearing Agreement with Chicago Fire

Barcelona forward Robert Lewandowski may change clubs in 2026. The 37-year-old striker is reportedly being pursued by the MLS club Chicago Fire.

According to journalist Nizaar Kinsella, the American side has held "positive" negotiations with the Polish striker. The star veteran is reportedly open to this transfer.

It is noted that Chicago Fire can easily meet Lewandowski's salary demands. Earlier reports also suggested that clubs from the Saudi Pro League expressed interest in the forward.

This season, Lewandowski has appeared in 17 matches for Barcelona, scoring 8 goals and providing 2 assists. The player's contract with the Catalan club is set to expire at the end of the season.
