Theo Hernandez: Modric is a genius, we played together at Real Madrid


French footballer Theo Hernandez visited the AC Milan camp ahead of the Italian Super Cup match against Napoli to reconnect with his former teammates. Following the match, Hernandez told journalists that his most memorable moment was meeting Luka Modric.

Theo and Modric once played together at Real Madrid. "I congratulated Bartesaghi and hugged Modric, with whom I played together at Real Madrid.

He is a genius, he plays at a completely different level," Hernandez was quoted as saying by *La Gazzetta dello Sport*. However, Theo's visit did not bring luck to AC Milan: the team lost 0-2 to Napoli and exited the Italian Super Cup.
