"Strandja" Tournament: Two of our boxers won their performances

The 77th Strandja International Tournament has kicked off in Sofia, Bulgaria. In the program of the first day, 7 of our boxers were scheduled to enter the ring, and their next fights were also full of emotions for the fans: some continued to walk with a convincing victory, while others experienced some setbacks.
Our representative in the -70 kg weight category, Abdulaziz Jurakulov, faced Muhammadsobir Bazarbay Uulu from Kazakhstan in his first match of the tournament. Our young boxer fought fearlessly against a serious opponent, showing a "I won't give" character in every episode. But in the end, one or two minor nuances were decisive - Abdulaziz lost 0:5 and missed the opportunity.
Our boxer Samandar Olimov in the -55 kg category made his first appearance in Sofia very confidently. He faced Ukrainian Elmir Nabiev. Olimov made meaningful moves for three rounds: maintained tempo, didn't lose accuracy in shots, and skillfully managed the situation. The result was similar - Samandar rightfully won with a score of 5:0.
Samir Sobirov, one of our promising boxers in the -90 kg weight category, also delighted the fans in his first fight at the tournament. Our representative entered the ring against Emre Taskin from Turkey, and in a fiercely contest, he played with a full advantage and won with a score of 5:0. Such a result is not only a path to the next stage, but also an important signal for the team's morale.
We remind you that another interesting clash awaits us ahead: Fazliddin Erkinboyev will compete in the ring with Dalai Ganzorig from Mongolia. So, our run at Strandja is getting even hotter now - and the fans are waiting for the next victory.
