Haaland staying at Manchester City is delaying his La Liga dream

Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has recently become one of the most discussed players around transfers. In particular, the Norwegian goalscorer's future is constantly linked to grand clubs like Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Journalists from El Nacional, one of Spain's influential publications, thoroughly analyzed this issue. According to the source, Erling Haaland has no intention of changing clubs even after the end of the 2025-2026 season.
The 25-year-old striker currently considers continuing his career at Manchester City the most appropriate and beneficial decision. A high salary, stable playing practice, and a comfortable atmosphere within the team reinforce his decision.
At the same time, Erling Haaland does not hide his desire to test his strength in the Spanish La Liga championship in the future. But he understood that it was too early for this plan. Therefore, he doesn't see a move to Barcelona or Real Madrid as an optimal option for the upcoming summer transfer window.
According to reports, Erling Haaland's transfer value is currently estimated at around €200 million. His current contract with Manchester City runs until the summer of 2034.
In short, Haaland intends to continue his "mission" in Manchester for now. The Spanish tour has been postponed - meaning the intrigue is still ahead, and there's much more to discuss for the fans.
