Initial information has leaked regarding the design of Bayern Munich's new kits for the 2026-2027 season. The club, which has been partnering with Adidas for over 50 years, has decided to rely on classic and retro styles this time. Goal.com reports on this.
The main home kit will be in traditional red, featuring gold elements and dark red stripes. Gold details were last used during the club's historic winning 2012-2013 season.
Additionally, the lettering on the back of the jerseys will change, using the short "FC Bayern" version instead of the full name.
The away kit will be white, with dark blue and red decorations expected. In this set, the club's historic logo used in 1966 will return after a nearly 25-year hiatus.
The third kit will be designed on a dark gray or blue base with red strokes.
The official presentation of the new kits is planned for May 16, 2026, during the final round of the Bundesliga in a match against "Kyoln". Kit prices are estimated to be 100 euros for the replica version and up to 150 euros for the professional player version.
