Fermin Lopez responds to Florentino Perez's accusations

Barcelona midfielder Fermin Lopez has sharply responded to Real Madrid president Florentino Perez's sensational statement that the Catalans "stole" several league titles. In his remarks, Perez recalled the scandals surrounding the Negreira case, asserting that Barcelona is guilty of corruption and that his club was deprived of numerous trophies. This is reported by Goal.com .
During a press conference, Florentino Perez claimed that he had only won seven league titles during his tenure, alleging that the other trophies were taken through illicit means. He also stated that he had prepared special video clips claiming his team lost 18 points this season due to refereeing errors.
Fermin Lopez, in an interview with Que Thi Jugues, rejected these accusations. He emphasized that the success of Barcelona's golden era was the result of the hard work of legendary players like Lionel Messi, Andres Iniesta, and Xavi Hernandez. "Perez's words do not correspond to reality, because at that time, geniuses like Messi, Iniesta, and Xavi were playing on the pitch," said the young footballer.
Currently, Fermin is focusing on his individual performance. Before the end of the season, Barcelona will face Real Betis and Valencia. These matches are a good opportunity for the Catalans to strengthen their position ahead of the summer transfer window.
