China Southern Airlines to purchase 137 Airbus aircraft for 21.3 billion dollars

"China Southern Airlines" and its subsidiary "Xiamen Airlines" have signed a major contract with "Airbus". This was reported by Ixbt.com xabar.
According to the agreement, the companies will purchase a total of 137 "A320neo" aircraft.
Of these, 102 will be delivered to "China Southern", and the remaining 35 will be added to the "Xiamen Airlines" fleet.
The total catalog price for all the aircraft is 21.37 billion dollars.
However, it was noted that the actual cost of the purchase will be significantly lower due to substantial discounts provided by "Airbus".
The company explains this purchase with the goal of modernizing its fleet and ensuring sustainable growth.
