The "Luna" browser was frequently used by VTB Bank customers to access online banking. Access to personal accounts is not tied to a single application and continues to function through other browsers as well.

In particular, authorization is also possible via Safari.

This mobile browser was created by Innovatsionnaya Razrabotka LLC. Its primary feature is the support for Russian Ministry of Digital Development certificates for secure access to local websites.

The application is designed for iOS and Android systems and includes ad and tracker blocking functionality.

As of now, there has been no official comment from the developers.
