The HRlink personnel service has been included in the updated "white list" of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development. CNews reported this, citing company representatives. Ixbt.com also reported on the matter.
Due to this change, the platform will remain accessible to users even in conditions where temporary restrictions on mobile internet are in place. The white list includes over 500 of the most in-demand services, determined through independent measurements.
The list features resources from non-governmental organizations, healthcare and educational institutions, public services, and public transport websites. According to the ministry, all services on the list meet security requirements and utilize computing power located within the territory of Russia.
