Renowned insider Ice Universe has showcased a new image of a smartphone display from Tianma, featuring bezels of just 0.35 mm. Beyond its ultra-thin bezels, this 6.32-inch panel stands out with a 240Hz refresh rate. This technology is crucial for ensuring ultra-smooth mobile gaming and interface performance. It is currently unknown which smartphone model will be the first to feature this display. However, speculation is growing on social media that this panel may be used in compact flagships from Chinese brands. As a reminder, in September last year, Oppo and Tianma established a strategic partnership and launched a joint laboratory.
Experts believe that this screen, with its 1.5K resolution and 240Hz frequency, is expected to be tested first in Oppo's upcoming high-end flagships. Previously, the Oppo Find X9 series were the first devices to use the Tiangong screen manufactured by Tianma.
