Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi and Honor to introduce smartphones with 10,000 mAh batteries in 2026

Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi, and Honor are testing smartphones powered by a new MediaTek platform. The first devices are expected to hit the market by late 2026, with some featuring batteries exceeding 10,000 mAh. This is reported by Ixbt.com .
According to insider Digital Chat Station, MediaTek is preparing a major update for its mid-range mobile platforms. The upcoming Dimensity 8600 chip will be manufactured using a 3nm process and will feature a completely redesigned architecture.
This innovation is expected to be one of the biggest technological leaps for MediaTek's mid-range chips in recent years. The new platform will significantly improve not only performance but also energy efficiency.
