According to insider Digital Chat Station, a new Xiaomi product with the model index 26109VP30C has appeared in Chinese certification databases. It refers to the next-generation smart automotive system—a "smart cockpit"—associated with the brand's upcoming electric and hybrid vehicles. This is reported by Ixbt.com .
The insider suggests that this device may be related to the long-discussed Project Kunlun. This model is expected to enter the market under the name Xiaomi YU9. The vehicle is being developed as a large seven-seater crossover with three rows of seats.
According to spy photos, the car is equipped with a closed front end, sharp-angled optics, a roof-mounted LiDAR sensor, flush door handles, and massive wheel arches. The vehicle's length is expected to be approximately 5.2 meters.
Technically, the car will be powered by an EREV hybrid system with a battery capacity exceeding 70 kWh. Based on the CLTC cycle, its pure electric range is planned to exceed 400 kilometers.
