Anthropic introduces new services for small business owners

Anthropic, a leading artificial intelligence company, has launched Claude for Small Business, a service designed for small and medium-sized enterprises. Unlike solutions for large corporations, this new offering is tailored to the needs of local shops and small service providers. This is reported by Techcrunch.com reports .
New features are provided through the Claude Cowork platform. Users can utilize generative tools for accounting, business analysis, and advertising campaigns. The system is also integrated with popular software such as QuickBooks, Canva, Docusign, HubSpot, and PayPal.
According to Anthropic, although small businesses account for 44% of the US GDP, they lag behind large companies in adopting AI technologies. The company plans to organize free training workshops in 10 US cities to bridge this gap.
This move is seen as competition for OpenAI's ChatGPT Business solution. Market analysts believe that the battle between AI platforms is now shifting from large corporations to the small business segment.
